We reserve equipment for your rental. So if you cancel prior to your event, it means we didn't allocate that equipment to someone else. Becasue of that, we do charge fees if you cancel. Linens are ordered 14 days in advance of events, so if you cancel linens 14 days before your event or closer, we charge 100% cancellation fee. Also, it costs us to deliver. Gas prices really affect our business therefore delivery charges may vary due to fuel prices. We drop off and pick up 20ft from the driveway, anything further may be require a surcharge.
