We reserve equipment for your rental. So if you cancel close to your event, it means we didn't allocate that equipment to someone else. Becasue of that, we do charge fees if you cancel. Linens are ordered 14 days in advance of events, so if you cancel linens 14 days before your event or closer, we charge 100% cancellation fee. We will giv eyou a schedule fo cancellation fees so you are aware. Also, it costs us to deliver. Gas prices really affect our business therefore delivery charges may vary due to fuel prices.
