Terms of Rentals

1. Default rentals times include a 5 day rental. Typically we drop off items on Thursday and Friday and pick up on Monday and Tuesday.
2. We charge Delivery Fees and those fees change as Gas Prices change. Our trucks are not the most fuel-efficient. We are trying to buy electric trucks but the wait is long. Our process is simple. Tell us what you need, and we will tell you if we have the items. If we have them we will bring them to you or you can pick them up. After that, it’s just about payment.
3. We understand that our equipment is very important to the success of your event. We will do everything we can to make sure your event is successful. Weather is out of our control. So are plagues and famines and droughts and the many other problems of today.
4. All rentals must be confirmed at a minimum 48 hours in advance of your event. For last minute rentals you have to call and speak with one of the owners.
5. Rental orders must be signed by the rentee so that we know we are all on the same page regarding products and dates.
6. Minimum 25% security deposit upon finalization or order.
7. Linen is supplied by third parties and so linen orders are subject to 100% cancellation charges if cancelled within 10 days of an event.

1. We are local people and very much family oriented. If you need to discuss something or need to make other arrangements, on anything, call us and speak to us. If we know what the issues are we will try and accommodate you.
2. If you have suggestions about items we should carry, or get items from other rental companies because we don’t have them, ask us to get them. We want to serve the residents on our local community.
3. If you are doing a civic, school or religious event, let us know. We have room in our hearts.
